Story Overview
Humans abandon reason, become into savage animals, and rejoice in their anonymity. Here we have the "Masked City." Anyone can take a "monster supplement" and turn into a beast in this town, and they can do whatever they want. It is the only "slum" sanctioned by the government where people can escape the oppressive atmosphere of a society under constant surveillance. The task of "exterminating vermin" as street sweepers is taken on by Tsuki, a werewolf, and Zero, a vampire youngster who was a true monster in this town. They chase JK rabbits, look for hit-and-run centaurs, and battle to the death against an emerging urban legend. The "Medicine Witch" encounter will alter Zero and his pals' course in life.
